Entertainment varies nightly and may include a bonfire lit beach picnic accompanied by familiar calypso tunes, a four course dinner and romantic dancing under the stars, or casual dining on Jamaican specialties followed by a cabaret of folk music and dancing.

Mondays - Beach Party! Welcome-Rum Punch, and a sumptuous buffet on the beach, with bonfire, barbeque, and Calypso band. Casual atmosphere...go barefoot!

Friday - Jamaica Night: On the seaside terrace, featuring a bountiful buffet, Jamaican specialties, Steel Drums or Reggae Band, and an exciting Jamaican folklore performance after dinner.

Wednesday- Manager's Cocktail Party and Caribbean Curry Night: The Manager's Cocktail Party is held in various locations, this event is followed by a Caribbean Curry buffet on the Seaside Terrace or a la carte dining.

Saturday - Gala Dinner Dance: A more formal evening of dining and dancing on the seaside terrace with a Jazz Band. Jackets often worn, though not required.
